Our house hunt began like many others in the PNW, viewing multiple houses, making multiple offers, and frankly a time consuming process with our busy work schedules. Steve and his brother Mario are the most amazing realtors - I'd recommend them to anyone. The list of their exceptional qualities are too numerous to count, but hire these guys if you want a realtor who:
1. Makes you feel like you are their only client. I obviously knew that they must have other clients, but we always felt like the center of their universe.
2. Offers solid advice, with balanced perspectives, but allows you to ultimately make the decision. They would explain the process to us in ways that made complex things relatable. They provided expert opinions, but weren't pushy like other realtors. They just want you to find the right house.
3. Drops everything for you. We had so many times where we were putting an offer in on a Saturday, or responding to something late at night, and these guys were always there for us to make it happen. That's the bonus in working with both of them - when Steve was out, we could call Mario, and vice versa.
4. Is well connected. They recommended amazing people - we had an great experience with most everyone they brought in, from the mortgage broker, to the stager.
5. Fixes problems. We had a hiccup with the title company, and Steve was the first one on the phone with them trying to iron it out
6. Reduces your overall stress level. Selling and buying a house suck, but these guys eliminated so much of our stress. They took care of the marketing, cleaning our house, getting a stager in, organizing inspections - they were on top of everything and it was so nice to not have to play that role. They made home buying what it should be - fun and exciting.
7. Super nice guys. They're people I legitimately wanted to be friends with after all this was said and done
8. Actually "get" your style - they would send me houses that were exactly the types of places we wanted - and we have very specific preferences.

Steve was great. Things move quickly right now in this market and Steve moved quicker and was able to get my wife and I a house we absolutely love. He was always easily reachable and kept us in the loop during the whole process. Really you couldn't ask for a better realtor.

We had been planning to sell our condo once our renters left in May. After a hefty special assessment was passed and then the pandemic hit, we were worried about if it was even possible to sell and if we could get what it was worth. Stephen did an awesome job letting us know how the market was doing, what our options were, and got it staged (beautifully!) and listed as soon was possible. Steve was a great agent to work with! He was very on top of it and communicative from the get-go so we could schedule a meeting, which we appreciated! We loved that he was assertive, but not at all pushy. When we first met, he was organized and answered our many questions as first time home-buyers. He also had recommendations for great lenders that he worked with and we ended up going with one of his contacts as our mortgage broker; it made the transaction go so smoothly because they were able to be in constant communication when necessary.

Steve was always looking for new listings for us and would send them right away. We loved that he sent them in a text to both of us so we could see them right away when we weren't together. We started looking in a quieter market and he even found a few off market listings for us to go look at!
